Terms of Use
The ground rules for using this website. Plain language, no surprises.
Last updated: 4 August 2026
Agreement
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. The site is operated by CW Window & Door, a subsidiary of CN Romack Inc., Florida licensed building contractor Lic# CBC1261963.
Nothing here is a quote
This is the single most important thing on this page. Every price, range, package figure and estimate shown on this website — including anything produced by the Compare Packages tool — is a planning figure for orientation only. It is not an offer, not a quote and not a contract.
Real pricing depends on opening sizes, frame and substrate condition, access, glass selection, wind zone, configuration and permit requirements. The only number that binds either of us is the written estimate we produce after measuring your openings in person, signed by both parties.
The diagnostic tool
Diagnose the Problem gives a preliminary read based on the symptoms you select. It is a rule of thumb, not an inspection, and it cannot see your house. A technician on site makes the actual determination. Do not rely on it for decisions about structural condition, water intrusion or safety.
Product information
Manufacturer specifications, design pressures, impact ratings, U-factors, warranty terms and product approval numbers shown on this site are published figures for a product series. They vary by size, glass package and configuration, and manufacturers change them without telling us. The exact tested values for your specific openings appear on your written estimate and on your permit paperwork.
Brand names — Shwinco, Viwinco, Therma-Tru, Plastpro and others — belong to their respective owners. We reference them because we install and service those products, not because this site is endorsed by them.
Photography
Some images on this site are stock photography used to illustrate a product type or a style, and do not necessarily show work performed by us. Images captioned or credited as our projects are our own work.
Licensing and service area
We are licensed to perform this work in Florida under Lic# CBC1261963 and we serve Central Florida and the Space Coast. Listing a city on this site is a description of where we work, not a promise that we can take on any particular job.
Using the site
Please do not use this site to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, submit automated or bulk form submissions, or scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for others. We rate-limit form submissions and may block traffic that abuses them.
The portal is separate
Home Passport and the Crew Portal are separate applications with their own terms and their own sign-in. The sign-in page on this site is only an entry point. Nothing on this public website stores or has access to portal accounts or customer documents.
Availability
We aim to keep the site up and accurate, but we provide it “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every figure on it is current at the moment you read it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, CW Window & Door and CN Romack Inc. are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits our obligations under a signed contract for work performed, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Content ownership
The text, layout, design and code of this site belong to CW Window & Door unless credited otherwise. You may read, print and share pages for your own use. Please do not republish the content commercially without asking.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and disputes fall to the courts of Osceola County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.

Have this reviewed before you launch
These terms are written to match how the site actually works, but they are not legal advice. Have your attorney review them alongside your contract documents and warranty terms.
