Who we are

CW Window & Door is a subsidiary of CN Romack Inc., a Florida licensed building contractor (Lic# CBC1261963) operating from 2296 Eldorado Court, St. Cloud, Florida. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean CW Window & Door and CN Romack Inc.

What this policy covers

This policy covers this public website. It does not cover the Home Passport customer portal or the Crew Portal, which are separate applications with their own sign-in, their own data storage and their own privacy terms presented to you when you create an account.

Information you give us

The only information this website collects is what you type into a form and send to us. Depending on the form, that can include:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address, if you choose to give one
• Your ZIP code
• The type of project, the number of openings, your timeline, and anything you write in the notes field

We ask for this so we can call you back and prepare an accurate estimate. We do not ask for payment details, Social Security numbers or any other sensitive personal information anywhere on this website.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server request data — IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser user-agent and referring page — for security, abuse prevention and aggregate traffic counts. We use IP addresses to rate-limit form submissions so the contact form cannot be used to send bulk spam.

This website sets no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking cookies.

Third parties

A few parts of this site load from other companies, and those companies will see your IP address as a result:

• Cloudflare hosts and serves the site.
• Google Fonts serves the two typefaces used in the design.
• Unsplash serves some of the photography.
• YouTube serves the thumbnail on the reviews section. No video plays until you click through to YouTube.
• Facebook and the Better Business Bureau are linked from the footer. We do not embed their tracking scripts.

When you send a form, its contents are delivered to our email provider so the message reaches our office.

How we use what you send

We use it to respond to your enquiry, schedule a measurement, prepare an estimate, and keep a record of the work. We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade or share it with anyone for marketing purposes.

We share it only where it is necessary to do the job you asked for — for example with a manufacturer to order the correct unit, with a permitting authority, or with Lifty’s Inc. if your request involves a garage door.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to two years so we can pick up the conversation if you come back. Records connected to work we performed are kept as long as Florida law and our warranty obligations require.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, so anything you submit is encrypted in transit. Form submissions are validated and rate-limited on the server, not just in your browser. Access to the mailbox that receives enquiries is limited to staff who need it.

No system is perfect. If you believe your information has been exposed, call us on (407) 709-4804 and we will look into it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (407) 709-4804 or use the contact form. We may need to keep certain records where we are legally required to.

If you would rather not use a form at all, just call. The phone reaches a person during business hours.

Children

This website is aimed at property owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
